We had a chance to visit the Fair again this year to sample the delicious food and have picked our favorite to share with you. Be sure to visit Texas Style BBQ!

There are lots of choices for yummy eats but our favorite by far is the Brisket Sundae. Steaming hot mashed potatoes topped with tender juicy brisket, a BBQ sauce to die for with a cherry tomato on top!
It's Texas BBQ at it's best! Yee-Haw!

China Anne McClain Sings Doc McStuffins Theme Song

Today we thought we'd answer a question that we've been asked a lot lately,
who sings the theme song to the newest Disney Junior show
on Disney Channel? We'll give you one guess . . .

We looked everywhere for the lyrics to the song, but couldn't find them anywhere. So we do what any Disney fan would do, we sat down & listened to the Theme song over and over until we memorized it. Fun way to spend a Tuesday night! You may not want to do that so we typed out the lyrics below for our readers! Happy Singing!

Doc McStuffins Lyrics:

The Doc is in and she'll fix you up.
If you're a toy then you're in luck.
It's OK, don't be afraid, the Doc really knows her stuff.

Doo, Doo, Doo, you know it's good for you.
The Doc is gonna help you feel better.
Oh, Oh, Oh it's the place to go,
when you feel a little under the weather.

Let Doc McStuffins do her thing.
To get you right back in the swing.

Doc McStuffins, Doc McStuffins,
come let the visit begin, the Doc is in.
Doc McStuffins, Doc McStuffins,
come let the visit begin, the Doc is in.

Disney Junior: Doc McStuffins on Disney Channel

Disney Junior Presents
"Doc McStuffins" on Disney Channel
"Doc McStuffins" Premieres Today
Friday, March 23 at 10am/9c on Disney Junior Channel

Doc is a young girl who is the "Doctor Doolittle" for toys. Doc's backyard playhouse becomes her clinic where she uses her special ability to communicate with toy friends to help them when they have physical or emotional bangs and bruises.

We got a sneak peek when we attended a media preview and watched a few "Doc McStuffins" episodes. This show is going to be a huge success for Disney Junior. There are so many important elements that this show touches on. Most importantly for us is having a girl as the lead character who is smart, a problem solver and playing a doctor.

Not only are we Disney Sisters, but we are all moms. Being mothers we know how many trips that we make to the Doctor's offices, especially with young kids. This show was created when Chris Nee Creator/Executive Producer, used her own experience as a mother whose son developed a severe asthma condition when he was two years old. She realized how intimidating and scary going to the Doctor can be for children. She felt that there were a number of shows that address the fears of children starting school, or going to a new school, but none that covered the fears about going to the Doctor.
We talked to Disney Channel Executives, the Creator of the show, and the voice cast.
What a lovely group of people!

Roshon Fegan joins the cast of Dancing With The Stars

Disney Channel Star Roshon Fegan joins the cast of Dancing With The Stars Season 14!

Roshon Fegan will join the new season of Dancing with the Stars. ABC is referring to him as "Disney's Triple Threat" not a bad nickname for the young talent! He will be dancing with Chelsie Hightower, we think they make a cute dance couple. This is a great move (pun intended) for this Disney Channel star. If anything doing DWTS will help launch his career. He is already a fantastic dancer, you can see him showing off his fancy footwork daily on Shake It Up.

He will be joined by a whole new group of Celebrities including:

Last season Disney Sisters were on the set of DWTS when we
interviewed David Arquette & Kym Johnson

Here is a photo we took of Roshon goofing around with his Disney Channel Shake It Up Co-Stars at last years' D23 Expo. It looks like they have a lot of fun together! We're sure he's going to have a blast over on ABC too! Do you think Roshon will win? Who do you think will dance (again with the puns) away with the Crystal Ball Trophy this season?

"Dancing With the Stars" Season 14 premieres March 19 at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.

Peter Pan Returns to Jake and the Never Land Pirates

Beware Captain Hook! The boy who never grew up is coming home! Peter Pan Returns to Neverland, and will be making his debut on, Jake and the Never Land Pirates on Disney Channel February 13.

Disney Sisters attended a star-studded premiere at the Walt Disney Studios Lot last week. They were showing the screening in the famous "Pinocchio Theatre" aka the Walt Disney Studios Main Theatre. Can we just say what a special feeling that comes over you when you walk around the lot? It's amazing to feel all of the history, and to know all of the magic that has been made there over the years. No matter how many times we are lucky enough to visit, it's still just as special as the first time.

Also attending the event was the cast of Jake and the Never Land Pirates. It was fun being able to put a face to the voice of Jake (Colin Ford), Cubby (Jonathan Morgan Heit), Izzy (Madison Pettis), and now Peter Pan (Adam Wylie). We chatted with Madison Pettis (Izzy) before the show, who is such a sweet young lady. We got to chat with our old mate Loren Hoskins aka Sharky of the Pirate Rockers "Sharky and Bones" who provides all of the music for the show. The one person who we really missed was our buddy, David Arquette, voice of Skully the parrot.

Other familiar Disney faces came out to watch the screening too. Some of the stars from the Disney Channel show Jessie were there. As was one of our favorites Leigh-Allyn Baker from Good Luck Charlie with her family. All of the younger kids weren't as impressed as we were by all of the actors, they were most excited to meet Jake himself.

"Jake and the Never Land Pirates: Peter Pan Returns" is the series' first-ever primetime special and also marks Peter Pan's debut in the series. We won't mention any spoilers on this post, but we will say that your children will love this special. Great music, even more adventure and the rebirth of a life-long rivalry between Peter Pan and Captain Hook! So grab your sword and your best mates, the special will air Monday, February 13 on Disney Channel. Here you can see some of our best mates, Jasmine aka So You Think You Can Mom's pirates stopped to take a photo with Kaia. To read her coverage of the event click here.

Season 2 with all new episodes will debut Monday, February 20 on Disney Junior featuring the voice talents of Sharon Osbourne, Jane Kaczmarek, Josh Duhamel, and Tiffani Thiessen.

Full Disclosure: This is not a paid post. We attended a screening put on by Disney Channel.
