Disney Sisters: Make your own Jake and the Never Land Pirates Costume

Make your own Jake and the Never Land Pirates Costume

Yo-Ho Ho and a Bucket of Candy!
With Halloween less than 2 weeks away, we are all busy trying to figure out unique costume ideas for our kids. There are so many different options this year, it's hard to choose. Pirates have always been and will always be a very popular choice. Especially with the Disney Channel hit Jake and the Never Land Pirates on Disney Junior, and of course the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise.

Our friend Jasmine aka So You Think You Can Mom recently threw a Jake and the Never Land Pirates Party and all of the little Pirates had a swash-bucklin' good time!

Here on Disney Sisters we've covered everything from How to Talk Like A Pirate, to Mermaid MakeUp, and even had an Interview with Sharky and Bones. Now it's time to show you how to Dress Like a Pirate! Yay-Hay!

Disney asked one of their costume designers Zachary Bilemdjian to come up with some quick, easy and affordable instructions on how to create Jake, Izzy and Cubby costumes at home!  (These costumes are not currently available in stores) Zachary is an expert, having worked as the costume designer on the new live-action music videos with The Never Land Pirate Band for the second season of "Jake and the Never Land Pirates" premiering in early 2012.

Here's how to make your own Jake and the Never Land Pirates Costumes:
