Disney Sisters: A Magical Brew: Starbucks is Coming to Disneyland

A Magical Brew: Starbucks is Coming to Disneyland

Here's an equation for you Disneyland + Starbucks = A Magical Brew.
We've been really enjoying having our fancy Starbucks coffee while walking down Buena Vista Street at Disney California Adventure Park, check out this cute couple enjoying the evening there during Dapper Day 2013.

GOOD NEWS!
Disney Parks Blog has just announced that Disneyland will also be adding a Starbucks. It will be built inside Market House and you can get yourself a Carmel Macchiato or whatever your favorite drink of choice is starting this fall. Just in time for all of those yummy holiday drinks... Pumpkin Spice Latte anyone?

Every time we go to Fiddler, Fifer and Practical Cafe there is a line, which is no different from any other location in the rest of the world. But by far, the best part about getting a coffee at the Happiest Place on Earth has to be the cups. They are personalized just for Disney! Tinker Bell, along with the Castle, Mickey, Minnie shapes (& more) are on the cup with a sprinkling of Pixie Dust! We think that a hot beverage tastes even better when drinken from these magical cups. (Proven fact amongst Disney Geeks) Market House closes next month, and when it reopens it will, "still be themed as a turn-of-the-century general store, serving Starbucks products and a selection of specialty Disney pastries" says Disney Parks. But there is a downside, since they will no longer be serving Disney branded coffee, they will no longer be offering free refills. As for us, we're just looking forward to ordering our "usuals."

White Chocolate Mocha
(Sometimes Decaf)

Soy Vanilla Latte
(No Whip - Extra Hot)

Tracey
Spiced Carmel Apple Cider
(w/ Whipped Cream)

Hidden Mickey: The cast members also draw Mickey Ears on your cup when they write your name while you order. (see above) How cool is that?

  1. When I went into DLand about a month ago, all set to begin my day at Market House for a coffee & to save my receipt for refills, I was saddened to see it closed up, & even more disappointed to learn a Starbucks is coming. The magic felt dead to me. This modern equivalent to the Mcdonalds coffehouse just does not belong on Main Street. Downtown Disney would be a better fit for this.
