Want to figure out an easy and fun way to see if booking your next Walt Disney World vacation stay at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort or Disney's Polynesian Villas and Bungalows is right for you? We have created a little quiz that may help you to see if this is the right Walt Disney World Resort for you and your family!
Do you like sipping fruity drinks with a tiny umbrella at the top?
Do you think a flower lei is the perfect way to accessorize an ensemble?
Are you a fan of Tiki culture?
Is your favorite dance The Hula?
Are you a Dole Whip afficiando?
Is Lilo and Stitch your favorite Disney movie?
Do you wish you lived on an island?
Are pineapples your favorite fruit?
Do you know who Trader Sam is?
Do you know who Trader Sam is?
If you answered yes to most or all of these questions, then we think Disney's Polynesian Villas and Bungalows or Disney's Polynesian Village Resort are probably the perfect fit for you!
Opening in 1971, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort was one of the original Walt Disney World resorts. Once you've visited this tropical paradise, you'll see why it remains one of Disney's most popular resorts. One look around and it's not hard to see why. We got to visit the Resort on a recent Press Trip and fell in love with the beautiful tropical scenery. The Polynesian has recently been re-imagined with special touches like Trader Sam's Grog Grotto, redesigned Lava Pool with Kiki Tiki Splash Play area, Pineapple Lanai serving Dole-Whips, Lilo's Playhouse for the kiddies, and more! Can you say PAR-A-DISE?
Maybe even more exciting is a transformation that has been taking place just steps away.
Disney's Polynesian Villas and Bungalows have just opened up, (their first phase) sending Disney Vacationers (totally just made that up) in a frenzy to book a stay at one of these unique accommodations. Most stunning, in our opinion are the Bora Bora Bungalows. Each of these 20 over-the-water are two bedroom, two bathroom that sleeps eight. They include amenities a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a private plunge pool on the back deck with views of Magic Kingdom Resort area. In other words you definitely want to check them out!
If you are ready to start planning (and saving) for your next Disney Vacation, why not try creating your own Disney Vacation Account. It's Disney's way of helping you create a budget, make a plan, track your progress, and finally book your trip! (Maybe even to Disney's Polynesian, hmmm???)
